If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — at no cost to you. This is always our priority.

30-day returns (changed your mind)

Because every product is made to order just for you, we ask that return requests for non-defective items are made within 30 days of delivery, with the item unused and in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Once received and inspected, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email hello@theneatdesk.co with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
