We want your order to arrive quickly and reliably. Here's how shipping works at theneatdesk.
Made to order
Every theneatdesk product is made to order for you — we don't hold pre-printed stock. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery time
Orders are printed on demand and shipped from production facilities in North America. Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 4–7 business days — so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all US orders. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed for every order as soon as it ships. If you haven't received it within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@theneatdesk.co.
